At Caroline Hjerpe, we want you to love your handmade jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return and exchange period from the date you receive your order. Please note that custom-made pieces, resized rings, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package using a trackable shipping service of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
